I am thrilled to announce the opening of my new patisserie 'Pink Vanilla'! 
We opened on 30th July but my feet still haven't touched the ground. I want to say a huge thankyou to my incredibly hard working staff and a massive thank you to all our customers and neighbours who have supported us and made us feel so welcome.
Pink Vanilla is located @ 5 Clifton Street, Lytham and we are open Tuesday to Saturday 9am till 5pm and Sundays 11am till 4pm weather permitting.
Come along and sample our range of homemade desserts, cupcakes, pastries (huge croissant au beurre) or try one of our delicous homemade scones (we keep being told they are the best in Lytham!)
We also have a superb range of contempory sandwiches, and warming homemade soups and our coffee is triple certified, Fair Trade, organic & Rainforest Alliance, it's good, really good!!
While visiting you will be able to view some of our bespoke wedding & celebration cake work as well as our range of artisan produced chocolate gift products, Italian Nougat and Brewhaha teas. Also on offer is a wide range of desserts & savouries available to take home with you!

Latest News & Cakes

We had a surprise visit in November at Pink Vanilla from some of the cast memebers of Cinderella. Sally Naden (radio Lancashire) & Ben Thompson (Coronation Street) who appeared as The Fairy Godmother & Prince Charming in Pendle Productions Cinderella this year.
The picture shows them both taking delight in one of our bespoke cakes in the shop and below that is the cushion & slipper cake especially made for them by the Too Nice/Pink Vanilla team

I was incredibly excited to be asked to make this chocolate factory themed cake for a lucky young man who won a competiotion to have 'the best party ever'
